Give-a-way - Mappe di Italia pillow

I am in search of a non-copyrighted map of Italy and will make this copyrighted map of Italy pillow a gift to you in exchange. This pillow e fatto a mano (is made by my hand) and measures 14 x 12, is down-stuffed and printed on burlap di espresso (darker burlap). Ma aspetta volgio piu (but wait, I want more). Because I adore the phrase, concept, practice of Grace, I want to hear how you offered or were given Grace in your life this week. The pillow is actually yours for the map ma Grazia (but Grace) "will lead you home". You can comment here or send an e-mail through the website if your share is too personal. I will share all the entries in some format next week and announce the winner at that time.

  2. My husband's uncle recently lost his wife of 52 years. He stays with us for a couple of days each month when going to visit his children,(we do the airport trip)and the visits are great for all of us! This week I make him his favorite dinners, and he came carrying red and white wine! Good food, company, conversation! Grace given, grace received!
Love the pillow with your pup wrapped around it!

  5. Ahhh Grace, I have been sick this week and my 11yr. old daughter was waiting on me "hand and foot", running my bath, laying out my clothes, fetching me water, I asked her, "do you want to be a doctor or some sort of caregiver when you grow up?" She responded "why do you ask that?" I told her because of the great care she was giving me. She turned to me and said "no I want to be a great mommy like you, you are the one who taught me to take such good care of people, by watching you do it." Grace is like a boomerang...you throw it out there and it always comes back! Love your pillow! Paula

  7. Hi there...I have come over to see you via my good friend Julie@Being Ruby. What a lovely blog you have and what an amazing cushion/pillow.
I was offered GRACE this week by a fellow blogger...www.luizas-feelings.blogspot.com. I was the first person to follow her and have commented on every post, purely because I love her photogra[hs and the things she makes, and she has made me something and is sending it to me...wasn't that kind and a graceful offering.XXXX

  9. Oh boy you know I would love this beautiful pillow....as times are as tough as they possibly could be for me financially I always find that staying positive brings GRACE into my life. Not only has my connection brought prosperity into my life....my brother who is about to lose his Architetural Job of 15 years ( with five kids of which two are in college ) expressed interest in coming to my 40th Birthday in Provence....I vowed if I found extra cash to help him with the travel costs even though I didn't know where it would come from. His birthday is also the day we arrive.
Today I found a $100 bill and before I could even claim it as my own, I sealed it into an envelope and sent it to him. My Mother was so inspired she decided to help pay for his plane ticket, now his hesitation to join us has turned into an a reality! Magical! PS next time I"m in Italy I will research maps for you...I could even photograph an old book...we can talk more about that later.
